Aquaculture Roots Blower, 3HP, 5HP, and 7.5 use

Roots Blower is used in aquaculture on the working principle of blowing oxygen into the water. Roots blower uses high pressure to transport the oxygen so that aqua animals can get enough oxygen. It consumes less electric power. By using 3HP, 5HP, and 7.5 hp in Root Blower, we can dissolve a very high amount of oxygen into the pond. It’s straightforward to install & it does not need maintenance for a very long time. By using a Root Blower and Aero Tube, we can maintain oxygen from the bottom to the surface of the water at each part of the pond.

Roots blowers pump a constant supply of fresh air/oxygen into the ponds where aqua farming is carried out. Root blowers provide a constant supply of oxygen to these ponds to enable higher fish/shrimp production compared to the natural breeding of these organisms. These blowers are installed near ponds and fields and transfer oxygen to the bottom.

Roots Blower V/s Aerators

Traditionally, aerators were used for aeration in aquaculture ponds. But aerators faced problems like low or uneven volume of air, manual handling, etc.

All these problems are taken care of with the use of root blowers. The Roots blowers are economical Because they give constant volume and can work even without electricity (with the help of diesel engines) in areas with less or no power.

Generally, aquaculture requires low-pressure blowers, and hence air cooled types of root blowers fit best.
